Dierks Bentley is once again sharing his talents with "Esquire." For a second consecutive year the country singer has taken part in the publication's Songwriting Challenge, and has crafted a song around the phrase "Last Night in Detroit." Dierks addresses the struggles of auto plant workers in "Line No. 7."

Benttley joined R&B star Raphael Saadiq and rockers Dhani Harrison, Ben Blackwell, and The Raconteurs' Brendan Benson in accepting the challenge, which involved writing and recording their songs as well as participating in a Detroit-based fashion photo shoot. The "Esquire" Music 2011 issue will be on newsstands on April 26th. Fans can hear a clip of Bentley's "Line No, 7" at www.esquire.com/detroit. The track is also available on iTunes.
