The Utah State Board of Education Friday Afternoon approved Grand County School DIstrict's rqeust for declaration of emergency status. This will allow the Grand COunty School Disttrict to transfer funds from certain restricted fund to pay for day to day operational costs, eaing somewhat the immediate impact of the budget shall facing the district.
